Terms & Conditions of Sale

Walcot Yarns is pleased to offer its products for sale, subject to the following terms and conditions which cannot be changed except in writing. Placement of an order constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

WHOLESALE REQUIREMENTS

We supply our products to both “Internet Only” as well as “Brick & Mortar” stores. We do not sell to:

• Non-yarn store front businesses
• Residential outlets
• E-bay & Etsy stores
• Catalogs
• Discounters

INITIAL ORDERS + RE-ORDERS

Minimum order is £300.

Yarns must be ordered in multiples of complete bags or packs and patterns in multiples of 3.

To maintain wholesale status, you must order at least £600 per calendar year.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS(ES)

Orders will automatically be acknowledged once placed at www.walcotyarns.com. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact hello@walcotyarns.com immediately. Walcot Yarns reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the customer.

DELIVERIES

Please allow at least one week for delivery within the UK. We cannot accept responsibility for delays that are beyond our control. We ship using UPS and FedEx.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made direclty through our website, www.walcotyarns.com. Our preferred method of payment is credit card. We can accept payments via Paypal as well. 

SELLING POLICY

We work very hard to provide a premium product and expect our wholesale customers to offer our products at a price that reflects this. We encourage you to offer our products at the suggested retail prices. Thank you for reading and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
